The smooth flow of orders on the production floor is due to the personalized attention given each customer order by the Mutual Engraving and Printing production staff.

Customer Service Staff Every Mutual customer is assigned an acount representative as well as a back-up who are responsible for production and customer service issues. All of our account representatives are thoroughly trained in all facets of printing from pre-press through production to insure a correct, quality job is shipped on time. Most order questions can quickly be answered by your account representative by phone or by directly acessing our computer via modem.

All orders are tracked via "Computer Station Pads" located throughout the entire plant. So your account representative is able to give you up to the minute information on each order. Daily computer production reports and production meetings provide information to avoid scheduling conflicts and late shipments.

Each department is headed by a production manager who reviews all ongoing work.

All jobs are tracked via computer Should you require translation and typesetting for foreign languages we maintain relationships with several translation service bureaus.

Mutuals Customer Service and Production staff are problem solvers. They work for you to insure a quality product. Should an error occur it can be verified on the phone and be reprinted and shipped on an expedited basis if necessary.
